Emotion Conference, June 30-July 2, 2023 at the C.G. Jung institute

Registration Policies

Your registration and payment will be confirmed by email; as soon as we receive notice of your registration payment, we will send you a confirmation email. Participants are kindly requested to bring the confirmation letter to the registration desk at the conference venue. Please note that the early bird and regular registration fees are only applicable if they have been credited to the conference account before the specified date.

Money transfer / Payment of Fees

Payment for registration fees must be made in advance in CHF, either by credit card or by bank transfer. A registration will not be processed until full payment is received.

This agreement is subject to Swiss substantive law. In case of litigation arising from this agreement, Zurich is the court of jurisdiction

Expenses

All bank charges shall be borne by the customer.

Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own insurance. The C.G. Jung Institute accepts no liability for any damage, accident, or injury.

Cancellation Policy

The registration deadline is June 15, 2023, for all those, who want to attend the conference in person.

The registration deadline for the online program is June 28, 2023.

If you want to change from physical presence program in Küsnacht to the online program or vice versa, you must inform us not later than June 01, 2023.

All cancellations (both for those planning to attend in person or online) have to be sent by email to 2023conference@junginstitut.ch.

A refund of the total amount paid minus CHF 100 per registration is applicable. No refunds are possible after June 15. If a participant fails to attend, no refunds will be available.

In case you have registered but cannot attend in person to the conference in Küsnacht, due to force majeure (uncontrollable events), you will be able to attend virtually (but note that only the presentations taking place in the auditorium will be streamed).

Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

Should it become impossible to hold the conference as planned, for reasons that are beyond our control, a part of the Conference will be held online and will not be cancelled. With other words: If the conference has to be cancelled, but can take place online, the paid fee is valid for the participation in the online conference.

If both the physical and the online conference cannot take place due to uncontrollable events, all paid contributions will be refunded.

The C.G. Jung Institute Zurich, Küsnacht will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, claims, cost or expenses of any kind whatsoever by reason of any cancellation, rescheduling, postponement or alteration of the conference.
